Rhoda has more than fifteen years’ experience in conducting research. She has demonstrable knowledge and experience with both quantitative and qualitative research. She has more than ten years’ experience in mobile Data Collection using Open Data Kit (ODK). Familiar with the 7 dimensions of data quality, namely; validity, reliability, completeness, timeliness, confidentiality, precision and integrity. She is conversant with statistical packages such as Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), STATA, Excel, ACCESS and NVivo.

She has vast experience in Univariate & Bivariate Analysis, Trend Analysis, Correlations, Linear/Multiple Regression and Logistic Regression. Rhoda has carried out major assignments/projects; Most of the projects/assignments are funded by multilateral and bilateral organisations which include World Bank, DFID, USAID, SIDA, Oxford Policy Management, etc. The studies cover a wide range of topics which include; Water & Sanitation, Education, Health, Gender, Environmental Social Impact, Agriculture, Climate Resilience, Household Food Security, Orphans & Vulnerable Children, Manufacturing & Agriculture, Public Opinion Polls. Over the years she has acquired strong leadership and interpersonal skills which have made her a good team player.
