We have successfully implemented 37 projects focused on Capacity Development for Community-Led Development. Our work includes hands-on Monitoring and Evaluation training, institutional strengthening, participatory planning, and strategy development to empower communities, government institutions, and local organizations. Key clients include Mulungushi University, African Development Bank, UNICEF, Scottish Government, and the Ministry of National Development & Planning. We believe sustainable development is only possible when local actors have the skills and systems to lead their own progress.
