Dalitso is a Zambian consultant who has worked on, evaluated and managed a wide range of government, bilateral, multilateral and NGO – funded & implemented projects and programmes. These projects and programmes vary in scope, discipline and scale.

As such, he has fostered a holistic grasp of project management and implementation. Additional strengths that he possess include M&E, SPSS & data analysis, mobile data collection, designing of quantitative and qualitative data collection instruments, etc. He has also gained international experience, having lived and worked in both the West and Zambia: Notably, he did the scoping for World Vision Australia’s Queensland Youth Development Analysis under Australia Programs in 2015. This informed all future youth programmes in Australia. He is both an individual consultant and an associate consultant at RuralNet Associates Ltd, one of Zambia’s leading consultancy firms.

Dalitso is also an entrepreneur who is engaged several business ventures including founding Ride ‘n Buy (car rental, sales & body work company), and Brisk Water Zambia Ltd.

Apart from chairing the above two boards, Dalitso also sits on the Global Empowers Australia board.
