Jacob Sikazwe Chisha is a highly experienced Development Practitioner and Consultant with over 35 years of post-graduate experience in development planning, programme management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), research, and capacity building. He has worked extensively with government institutions, NGOs, academic institutions, and international development partners on donor-funded programmes across Zambia.

Jacob combines strong technical expertise, extensive field experience, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of Zambia’s development context. These strengths make him well suited for consultancy assignments involving programme management, monitoring and evaluation, research, independent verification, and institutional capacity development.

Over the past 12 years, Jacob has served as a Lead Consultant with RuralNet Associates, focusing on Community-Driven Development and Environment and Natural Resources portfolios.

Jacob holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Resource Assessment for Development Planning from the University of East Anglia, Norwich, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Arts in Education (Geography) from the University of Zambia (UNZA).
